I spent this last week with Anna F ("Shake Down") in New Jersey. Anna's going to send me some words about it all, since I have little internet access and I'm setting off on the trail again in 20 minutes. On the whole, we've decided hiking the A.T. is very like pioneering the Wild West. More to follow.

ReplyDeleteGlad to see you are moving on up the trail. May the adventures continue. I'm home, but planning the NJ,NY,CT, MA section for late Aug/early Sep time frame. I found instructions for cleaning a MSR stove. Will post to you, even though you may have become an alcohol/tuna can convertee. Thanks for sharing a part of your trail experience with me.
